When the officer delivers you to the County Jail and the jail says NO THANK YOU. The list of previous charges include placing bodily fluids on a government employee.
Upon arrival I spoke with Teresa. Teresa stated that there was a female, later identified as Andgelise poole, in the store causing problems. She states the female entered the store and put on clothes. She then attempted to exit the store without paying. When confronted about it she became agitated and began to yell threats at Teresa and the other customers. She went into the lobby and began destroying property belonging to other tenants of the building. "( She ripped up cards, flyers, tried to break the dish, then tried to get into the locked store door next door to Threads.)" When asked for the merchandise back she refused to take off the clothing and return it. Teresa locked the door into the main part of the store to protect the customers inside. She then called the Police Department. Andgelise littered the lobby with dirty feminine pads, towels, and clothes. She would not remove the items when asked and refused to leave the store.
The total amount for the store was approximately $33.00.
I then walked into the store and made contact with the female. I recognized her as Andgelise Poole. She was acting like she was under the influence of a narcotic. I asked her to give Teresa back the store merchandise. She would not answer me. I asked what she had from the store on. Teresa stated that the white dress and black fishnet leggings. I asked Andgelise to turn around and place her hands behind her back. I then placed her in handcuffs and took her out to my patrol vehicle. I advised Teresa that I would transport her to CCDC and have the Detention Officers change her out so I can return the merchandise to her.
I then transported Andgelise to CCDC. CCDC refused to accept Andgelise so I transported her to the Tahlequah City Jail. At the City Jail Dispatcher changed Andgelise out and recovered the stolen property. Andgelise was then booked into the City Jail for Petit Larceny Prohibited.

Vann could not remember if it had been 4 or 5 days since the last time he did meth and when the officer said lets do a sobriety test, Vann skipped all the way to the last step and just put his hands behind his back ready for cuffs.

Brandon Smith walked into A to Z Pawn at 8am. He picked up a set of Beats Solo3 headphones and dropped the lid on the floor. While picking up the lid the headphones ended up in his backpack. He left the store and without missing a beat Ray reported the theft of the missing beats. Brandon was easily located as this ain't his first rodeo. He admitted taking the headphones, probably after the officer told him he watched the video of him taking the headphones. Brandon was arrested and taken to CCDC for larceny of merchandise from a retailer.

Ryan Goodnight was stopped for ridding a bike with no lights. The officer asked if he had anything on him and he showed a container with 25 marijuana vape cartridges. He said the owner of a local church gave them to him. Then he said he found them in the dumpster behind a marijuana shop. Ryan had no proof that he paid a Doctor fifty dollars to get a marijuana card so he went to jail.

The Card carrying Sovereign Citizen and his Church Marijuana

The Sovereign Citizen seems to think he's a version of Hans Gruber with rapid fire failed attempts to derail professionals with his amateur antagonist psychoanalysis and delusions of superiority that would rival Jim Jones.

Do you get your legal advice from YouTube?

Officer Frits stopped a man in a 2014 black Toyota camery for not wearing his seat belt. The driver refused to identify himself and asked for the officers name, badge number and why he was stopped. After receiving the info he was stopped for not wearing his seat belt he said "OH," and proceeded to put his seat belt on. After asking numerous times for the mans license and insurance the officer warned they would break the window if he did not comply. The Fire Department was called to assist with extracting the uncooperative man in the safest manner possible. A few more warning were issued before Fireman Hackworth used a punch tool to break the driver side window. After being checked out by EMT Clayton Price Rowe was arrested for Obstructing an Officer, no insurance, no driver license.
This sounds very much like the Sovereign citizens movement. Many videos available about how to claim sovereignty on Youtube. Do you believe them?
